Ordering Questions
1. Is your ordering system secure?
Yes. At Rawking, your security is our priority. All orders are processed using secure, encrypted payment gateways to ensure your personal information stays protected.
2. What payment methods can I use?
We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx), UPI, Net Banking, PayPal, and digital wallets like Google Pay and Apple Pay.
3. I’m getting an error while placing my order.
Please clear your browser cache and try again. If the issue continues, reach out to our support team—we’re here to help.
4. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. After that, it's already in process and we can’t cancel it.
5. Can I change my address after placing my order?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can update the address. Contact our team ASAP with your order number.
Shipping Questions
1. How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on prepaid orders across India. For COD orders, a small fee may apply and will be visible at checkout.
2. How quickly do you process and ship orders?
Orders are usually packed and shipped within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays/holidays).
3. How can I track my order status?
Once shipped, you’ll get a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order anytime from your Rawking account.
4. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
5. Do international orders have to pay custom fees?
Yes, international customers may be charged customs/duties based on local laws. These are not covered by Rawking.
6. What happens if I refuse an order?
Refused orders will be returned to us, and any refund will be issued after deducting shipping and handling charges.
7. What shipping carriers do you use?
We use trusted partners like Delhivery, BlueDart, India Post, and DTDC to ensure timely and safe delivery.
Delivery Questions
1. I received the incorrect item/color/size.
Oops! That’s on us. Drop us an email or message with your order number and a photo, and we’ll fix it fast.
2. I didn’t receive my order—what should I do?
If your tracking says delivered but you didn’t get it, contact us within 48 hours. We'll investigate and sort it out
3. I received a damaged package.
Sorry to hear that! Please send us photos of the package and the product. We’ll replace or refund as per our policy.
Return & Exchange Questions
1. What is your return/exchange policy?
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items with original tags.
2. How long will the return/exchange process take?
Once we receive your return, we process refunds/exchanges within 5–7 working days.
3. Am I responsible for return shipping fees?
Yes, return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless it’s a damaged or incorrect item.
4. There’s an issue with my item—what can I do?
We’ve got you. Reach out with your order number and issue details. We’ll make things right.

1. Do you have a sizing chart?
Yes, every product page includes a detailed sizing guide to help you find your perfect Rawking fit.
2. The item/size I want is out of stock. When will it restock?
Popular styles sell fast. Hit the “Notify Me” button and we’ll let you know as soon as it’s back.
3. Washing Instructions?
To keep your Rawking gear looking fresh:
- Wash inside out
- Cold water wash
- Avoid bleach
- Air dry only
- Iron on low if needed (avoid prints)
