Refund & Return Policy – Rawking

1. Returns

We accept returns only if:

●     Product is damaged

●     Wrong item delivered

You must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery

2. Return Process

Include:

●     Order ID

●     Issue description

●     Images/video proof

3. Refunds

●     Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

●     Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

4. Non-Returnable Items

●     Used products

●     Opened consumables (if applicable)

●     Items damaged by misuse

5. Cancellation

●     Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
